“I want to address a few points from our email earlier today, where a miscommunication led to some confusion.
“Firstly, the wording we used in our email earlier today may have implied that Zaka Tel-Aviv operates directly in Gaza. This is not accurate, we only operate within Israel.
“Secondly, some of the details about the recovery of Yehudit Weiss’s body earlier today came from an unverified source. What we know is that her body was retrieved from an area near Al-Shifa Hospital by the IDF.
“Please accept our sincere apologies, our team works really hard and with all new information being reported, it is sometimes difficult to avoid any miscommunication.
“Thank you for your understanding and support. We are committed to ensuring accuracy in our future updates and hope for better days and a peaceful future.
